The Yin Space offers embodied, energetically informed Yin Yoga experiences that help people reconnect to their authentic selves, where depth brings clarity and simplicity returns us home.This March, Yin Yoga Teacher Trainer Mel McLaughlin from the Yin space will be leading us for this certified immersion into all things Yin.
The foundational course for any current or aspiring Yin yoga teacher to attend and also a deeper dive for students wishing only to expand their yin-formation and practice!
What's on offer in this urban training style format?
Join us March 26-29 2026 for a full time hybrid teacher training urban-style for Mel's inspiring 50 hour Yin Teacher Training programme. We will slip off the radar for a 4 days of in-person yin “chill-pill” and 1 day of pre recorded self paced study.
Exploring our ‘Yin-sides’ of deep immersion into the other side of the yoga coin, we are keeping it small and intimate so the transmission is big!
You will be fully versed in the art of teaching yin when you are finished.
We answer all the “whys” (why we do what we do is pivotal to safely and effectively teach) and practice twice per to bookend our time and layer the intellectual information with somatic experience.
