Relaxing yoga experience focused on deep rest, gentle movement, and calm. Slow down, release tension, and leave feeling restored.




This 2-hour yoga experience is an invitation to slow all the way down.


Through a carefully guided sequence of slow, nourishing movements, long-held poses, and conscious breathing, we create space for the body to soften and the mind to settle.



The practice is designed to support deep restoration. Expect gentle flows, grounding stretches, and extended moments of stillness that allow your nervous system to unwind.


Breathwork and mindful pauses are woven throughout, helping you shift out of “doing mode” and into a state of calm presence.
This is a place to let go of tension you may not even realize you’re holding.


A place to listen inward, to feel supported by the floor beneath you, and to reconnect with your natural rhythm. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, rest whenever you need, and honor exactly where you are—no experience required.



The atmosphere will be quiet, warm, and intentional. Soft lighting, soothing sounds, and unhurried guidance will help create a cocoon-like space where you can fully exhale.
