Where in your life are you being called to soften, and where are you being called to rise?
Join us for Yin Yang- The Sacred Balance, a journey through movement, breath, meditation, and sound designed to explore the complementary energies within us.
Yang invites us into movement, action, strength, expression, and transformation.
Yincalls us toward stillness, receptivity, intuition, surrender, and rest.
Throughout this experience, we’ll move between these two energies, building heat and activating the body before gradually slowing down into deeper, more restorative practices.
Together we will explore:
- ☯️ Yin & Yang inspired movement
- 🌬️ Breathwork to balance and regulate
- 🧘 Yin-inspired stretching and stillness
- ✨ Guided meditation and energetic integration
- 🎶 Restorative sound healing
This class is an invitation to notice where you may be pushing too hard, holding back, giving too much, or resisting rest, and begin discovering a more harmonious rhythm between doing and being, strength and softness, action and surrender.
Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, centered, restored, and connected to the balance within.
Please bring: a yoga mat, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable during the sound healing portion. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax.
