"I invite you to join me as I guide you in a one hour Yin Yoga to Restorative Yoga class. Give yourself the gift of time, stillness, and breath as you go inward.It is my honor to hold space for you as you reset and restore yourself and your energy levels.
2 blocks, a bolster, and a strap/belt/blanket/towel are helpful for the Yin portion of the offering. Access to a wall or back of a couch is great. Eye covering, blankets, pillows, and access to a sofa/chair/ottoman are encouraged for the Restorative portion of the offering.
