Join me for a morning of yoga, hot drinks and cake - an opportunity to slow down and take some time for yourself in the lead up to Christmas. We will start the morning with a 90 minute Yin to Yang yoga class, starting slowly with some static Yin postures, before moving into a Vinyasa flow. We'll finish the morning with some refreshments, when you can take in the surroundings of the farm, or sit in the studio by the log fire. Early bird tickets available now!
