These in-person non-residential courses will be taught in ENGLISH with VIETNAMESE translation.
These training courses are suitable for experienced and aspiring yoga teachers and students alike who wish to enhance their knowledge of yin yoga – the quiet practice – and discover the anatomical and energetic theories of yin yoga for their own personal practice and/or with the intention to teach.
The courses can be booked individually or together, however they must be completed in sequential order.
