LIVE MUSIC, YIN YOGA & YUMMIE FOOD EVENT IS BACK!
I have been quiet here as I gave birth to a baby boy 1,5y ago and we moved just outside of Amsterdam. But I'm ready to slowly make my come back ;)

So... The 5th edition is happening! This time, with the lovely Maia from Uruguay who will take us into a magical journey of instrumental and vocal guidance. She truly has an angelic voice as she used to be an opera singer.

Maia and I will be facilitating this event at Kokopelli on Saturday evening 23rd November 2024.

After the yin session with live music guidance, we will share homemade-with-love soup and sweet treats together.

For me, these sessions are much more than just an individual moment of relaxation, it’s also a moment of authentic connection and belonging. Of shifting and release. Of enjoyment and appreciation. Of play and presence.

After class, homemade healthy yummie soup, sweet bites, such as cake, and tea will await us. There is the possibility to enjoy each other's company, but also little chill corners will be available if you need some more quiet me-time.

All in all, a lovely way to unwind and replenish our batteries, to re-establish our sense of belonging, human connection and the relationship with our self, to infuse ourselves into the healing instrumental and vocal vibrations and savour nourishing food.

All the good stuff of life basically ;-)

AGENDA:

• Walk-in is possible from 18:45 onwards.
• The session features one song of movement to get the energy moving and shake off the day
• Followed by 1,5h of yin yoga + healing instrumental and vocal immersion
• Food & tea + each other
• End approximately around 22:00

ABOUT Maia :
Maia is Uruguyan composer, singer, and sound & song healer. Passionate about inspiring a change in society through music, she founded Project A, an artistic incubator commited to building communities through music, creating new contemporary vocal pieces, social impact projects and interdisciplinary performances.

Julie believes in love and vulnerability. She lives from those two qualities as it allows her to create real and authentic relationships, both with herself and others.
This is why she is dedicated to create the space for people to become vulnerable so that they can find the strength in being their authentic selves.
She does this by offering various tools. One of them is The Practice.
Julie works with an experiential self-transformative approach with tools that are human-inspired and science-backed.
Students describe her guidance and presence as disarming, loving and serene.
