“Buster's way of passing on his learned knowledge and experience is also a great example of how we can learn and grow as humans. Namely in a playful way. And since you learn the most when you understand it yourself on a deep, physical level, his lessons – which are based primarily on self-experience – are also so sustainable. As a result, the 5 days are always stimulating, entertaining, touching and enriching. And that's also possible when it comes to serious topics such as encountering and working with trauma.”

What is Trauma2Trust?
Offer more to your clients – and to yourself.
This facilitator training takes place in a workshop environment that immediately transforms into a highly collaborative, embodied ‘laboratory’ where you (alongside everyone in the group) are invited to share your findings and bring your questions so that we all benefit from each other’s wisdom and curiosity.
There is a strong focus on using our bodies as the ground for research. Your body is your primary resource through which you can begin to regulate your nervous system back into a somatic sense of safety, both individually and shared with others.
- Lean into a safe workshop environment with value-focused participants
- Engage in diverse embodiment practices
- Learn how to really regulate your nervous system – and how to teach others
- Deepen your embodied and scientific understanding of key trauma-related theories
- Experience simple and groundbreaking exercises with self and group
- Share and build community
- Enhance your facilitation and team building skills
This training allows participants and professionals to experience, and learn from, the core essence of Buster Radvik's Path of Relating – a proven method through which to practice embodiment and nervous system regulation, based on Buster’s 25+ years of work in this field.
In this intensive group atmosphere, you will learn and experience a range of tried-and-true practices that are both simple yet incredibly powerful.
These tools and practices work for anyone and can be applied to any area of one’s life, be it personal, relational, or professional.
These are the tools that change lives. Your life…and the lives of those you work with.
