I am joining forces with Emma of Holistic Soul Speyside again to bring you another evening of Yin Yoga & Sound Meditation.
Beginning with a Yin Yoga practice led by Izzy, we will soften the mind and body with long held postures to stimulate the connective tissue. Then Emma will lead us through an hour long sound healing using Crystal Singing Bowls.
“Sound Healing using Crystal Singing Bowls is a really powerful way to rebalance the mind, body and soul. Working on a cellular level, there is nothing you need to do during a Sound Bath other than lie down, get comfy and keep cosy. The bowls cocoon your body in vibration, working to release stress, tension, worries and bring a positive energy into your life, leaving behind any negative thoughts and emotions.” - Emma
It will be a joyous and meditative experience which will help us find clarity, balance and peace.

Emma has been a qualified Sound Therapist since 2018, previously living and working on the Isle of Lewis. She moved to Speyside just over a year ago and has been blessed to restart her classes again, along with Retreat Days and beach events.
