You’re invited to a deeply nurturing evening designed to ease both body and mind—all in support of a beautiful cause. We’ll begin with a supportive 45-minute yin yoga practice, using long-held, floor-based poses to gently soften the edges of the body. With the help of gravity, breath, and stillness, you’ll be guided into deeper layers of release and restoration. From that softened space, you’ll be invited to settle into a sound bath meditation. Crystalline tones and soothing vibrations will wash over you, calming the nervous system and inviting your mind into spacious quiet.
