Discover the harmony of relaxation and renewal with this deeply healing experience combining yin yoga, gentle restorative poses, and the healing touch of hands-on Reiki. Allow yourself to unwind, reconnect, and leave feeling calm, grounded, and rejuvenated.
Jenna will guide a yin yoga practice—a passive, grounding style of yoga that uses props and gravity to gently target the connective tissues, allowing for deep, meditative stretches. Next, we’ll transition into a few restorative poses, supported by blankets and bolsters, easing both the body and mind deeper into relaxation. Denise, Reiki master, offers hands-on Reiki to each participant while we hold our poses, further enhancing the experience.
As a special opportunity after class, we’re offering 15-minute mini Reiki sessions for just $20 in our cozy back room. This is a great way to experience the gentle power of Reiki healing in a short, focused session, tailored to your needs.
This class is open to all levels. No prior experience needed. $30 a person for the class, $20 extra for 15 minute private reiki session after class.
