𑁍Yin Reset: A restorative afternoon of Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation𑁍
Slow down, soften, and allow the body and mind to return to balance.
Yin Reset is a 75-minute restorative session combining gentle Yin Yoga with guided mindfulness meditation, designed to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for deep rest.
We begin with slow, supported Yin poses held for longer periods to allow the body to soften and the mind to settle. Throughout the practice, mindfulness invitations encourage awareness of the breath, body, and present moment, helping to cultivate a sense of calm, clarity, and ease.
This is a quiet, grounding session with plenty of time to rest, reflect, and simply be.
No experience is needed, and all levels are welcome.
Simply come as you are and allow yourself to slow down.
What the session includes
🧘 Yin Yoga
A slow, floor-based practice where poses are held gently for longer periods of time.
Yin Yoga works with the deeper layers of the body, helping to release stiffness, improve mobility, and encourage the nervous system to relax.
🌿 Mindfulness Meditation
A guided practice of paying attention to the present moment with openness and curiosity.
Mindfulness helps quiet mental busyness, develop greater awareness, and create a deeper sense of connection with ourselves and the world around us.
After the practice
We will close the afternoon gently with tea, giving everyone time to land slowly, connect, and enjoy a moment of quiet community together.

About your facilitator
Judy Humphries is a Yoga and mindfulness practitioner who creates calm, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and meet themselves with kindness. Her approach is gentle and accessible, blending mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation to support both physical ease and emotional wellbeing.
Through Yin Reset, Judy offers an opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and return to a place of stillness, presence, and deep rest.
Scent Awareness
As part of the atmosphere, we may gently introduce natural scents through incense or essential oils in a diffuser. If scent is something you’re sensitive to, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll happily make adjustments.
