Begin with a 60-minute immersion in Yin Yoga, a practice designed to help you ease tension through mostly floor-based postures. These poses help release blockages, soothe stress, and give your joints the care they deserve.
Next, through the art of guided relaxation using visualization and affirmations, Jenna will gently lead you into a state of hypnosis—commonly known as trance—opening the door to the subconscious. Here, you can reprogram your mind for lasting positive change.
Held on the last Sunday of the month, this event offers a chance to untangle physical knots in the body while fostering mental transformation, setting you up for the month ahead.
