90 Minute Yin Holiday Peace and Balance
During this Yin practice, we will hold poses longer (1-3 minutes) to release deep tissue and increase blood flow. Physically, Yin enhances our natural range of motion, flexibility, and circulation in our bound-up joints. Energetically, Yin enhances our flow of prana (life force), releasing ‘stuck’ energy and freeing stress built up in our bodies. Give yourself a little bit of time to settle into stillness, into your breath, into the quiet of yourself.
