Join us for a 5-week journey into the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, the science of life. Together we’ll explore how the five elements manifest uniquely within us and how to bring balance through lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness.
Each week blends embodied practice and ancient study — we’ll begin with breathwork, yoga, and meditation tailored to the dosha of the week, followed by lecture, group discussion, and self-inquiry exercises. Handouts and personal guidance will be provided to help you integrate what you learn into your daily rhythm.

Please bring a journal and/or notebook to take notes, wear comfy clothes and come as you are.

Week-by-Week Flow
Week 1: Introduction to Ayurveda — Understanding your Prakruti (constitution) and Vikruti (current imbalance) through self-assessment, journaling, and guided reflection.
Week 2: The Vata Dosha — Exploring air + ether, grounding practices, foods, and rituals to support nervous system balance.
Week 3: The Pitta Dosha — Exploring fire + water, cooling practices, emotional awareness, and digestive health.
Week 4: The Kapha Dosha — Exploring earth + water, energizing practices, movement, and metabolism.
Week 5: Integration & Reflection — Second assessment of Prakruti/Vikruti, round-table discussion, and community potluck to celebrate our growth.
