Free Your Fascia: Yin, Breath and Somatic Movement

Yin lovers, we have the perfect class for you!

During this 90-minute Yin Workshop, you will have the opportunity to release tension in the body. Natalie, our yin certification teacher, will include yin stretching, somatic movement and breathwork to encourage release within the fascia and regulate the nervous system.

Ending in a deeply healing savasana – or final resting pose.
