A 90-Minute Energetic Reset ExperienceFeeling off, depleted, or a little disconnected from yourself? This 90-minute Yin Yoga workshop is designed to help you realign, recharge, and come back into balance; body, mind, and energy.
In this deeply nourishing practice, we’ll journey through the chakra system from root to crown using long-held, meditative poses that gently open the body and support the flow of prana (life force energy). Each chakra is associated with different aspects of your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being, inviting grounding, creativity, confidence, compassion, expression, intuition, and connection.
To deepen your experience, we’ll incorporate tuning forks attuned to each chakra, offering subtle vibrational healing to help clear energetic blockages and restore harmony within.
You’ll leave feeling:

• Calm and deeply relaxed
• Reconnected to your body and breath
• Energetically aligned and restored
