This session is an invitation to slow down… to step away from the noise of the outside world… and to gently anchor back into yourself.
In a world that can feel full, fast, and often overwhelming, we’re constantly pulled outward, into doing, thinking, responding. This practice offers a different pathway. One that guides you inwards…into your internal felt sense… into the subtle language of your body.
Through long-held Yin shapes, conscious breath, and the resonance of sound, you’ll be supported to reconnect with your inner awareness, into the quiet place beneath the surface where clarity, instinct, and steadiness live.
There is a deeper intelligence within you. A knowing that doesn’t rush. A presence that meets each moment as it is.
This afternoon invites you to meet yourself with curiosity… to listen closely… and to anchor into the calm, responsive awareness that is always available within you.
There is nothing you need to achieve. Only an opportunity to return.
