We may have slowed our pace for book club this month, but this time we’re holding the posing for a yin class. Unlike our restful restorative classes, yin yoga is slow and long held, while bing more active. It’s great for targeting connective tissue, improving elasticity, hydration and flexibility. Intensity Level: Gentle to Medium, depending on your chosen level of hold for your pose (you will be given options).

Cost: $20
Sensory Notes: Holding longer poses can make folks feel restless. Lighting will be gentle, but potentially bright enough to read. Please consider bringing a reading light if you’d like.
What else to bring: Please bring your mat, water and any other yoga props you may enjoy using (including a bolster or think, overstuffed pillow or couch cushion), and dress for comfort. Also, bring your favorite/current book.
Parking: Parking on the street is plentiful and free.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
