Yin at the Boca Museum of Art

Begin your morning with a restorative Yin Yoga practice surrounded by art. Led by Leslie Glickman of Yoga Journey, this gentle, meditative class uses longer-held poses to encourage relaxation, flexibility, and mindful awareness. Suitable for both new and experienced practitioners.
Classes take place in rotating Museum galleries and, during cooler weather, in the Sculpture Garden. Participants should bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Space is limited; advance registration is recommended.
