Wind down your weekend and prepare your body, mind & energy for the week ahead. Yin Yoga provides a deep & connect release both physically & mentally. Yoga Nidra will guide you to a peaceful dreamlike state of relaxation...
Each month we take inspiration from the seasons and cycles of nature to inspire our Yin & Yoga Nidra practice. This practice falls around the new moon in Earthly taurus, our class will explore themes around this when the upcoming lunar cycle is likely to be filled with changes, surprises, and shifts in plans.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in & socks/layers.
Please bring with you a Yoga mat & blanket, you may also like to use Yoga blocks if you have them, a cushion or a pillow and a sleep mask for relaxation will help you to feel extra cosy for the Nidra relaxation...
