Winter is the season of Yin energy so we will be using these practices to honour the seasons of nature inside & outside of ourselves.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in & socks/layers.
Please bring with you a Yoga mat & blanket, you may also like to use Yoga blocks if you have them, a cushion or a pillow and a sleep mask for relaxation will help you to feel extra cosy for the Nidra relaxation...
