Thursday: 8:00 Vinyasa Flow, 09:30 Breakfast, 17:00 Yin Yoga, 19:00 Dinner, 22:00 Meditation for bedtime.
Friday: 8:00 Vinyasa Flow, 09:30 Breakfast, 16:00 Yin Yoga, 18:30 Dinner, 21:00 Ceremony
Saturday: 08:00 Vinyasa Flow, 09:30 Breakfast, 17:00 Yin Yoga, 19:00 Dinner
Sunday (02.06.): 07:30 morning meditation, breakfast, departure

Yoga block is charged separately by Yoga teacher as an invoice that you will receive once you booked your room.
Arrival, departure and transfer not included
Limited transfer available for 50€ per person extra, pick up in Angoulême train station 17:00 and departure Sunday 9:30 from Demi-Château.
The package includes accommodation, breakfast, dinner, water, tea, coffee with breakfast, yoga, meditations, a ceremony.
Mats (best for placing under your own), blankets, bolsters and blocks can be provided.
