Join us for A Yin Soundscape—a soul-soothing 90-minute journey into deep rest and resonance. This immersive experience weaves together the meditative embrace of yin yoga, extended moments of quiet reflection, and live, intuitive soundscapes played on shruti box, flute, and saxophone.
Held in the serene, reverb-rich sanctuary of East Hall Yoga, this evening invites you to soften, surrender, and be carried by the vibration of breath, body, and sound. Let your nervous system recalibrate as long-held postures open pathways of release and presence, accompanied by music designed to meet you in each unfolding moment.
