Settle into a slow, meditative Yin Yoga practice designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and create space to simply be. Through supported, longer-held postures guided by Skye, we’ll embrace the quieter energy of the season and turn our attention inward.

As you rest in stillness, Sakina’s soothing sound bath of gong, singing bowls, and chimes will weave through the practice, inviting deeper relaxation and a sense of spaciousness.
