Join us for a nourishing dual practice, in Yin we will have a passive style focusing on deep stretches and connective tissues (fascia ligaments) by holding floor based poses for long duration (3-5 mins) we will then switch gears half way through and enjoy a deep guided relaxation practice, that induces a state between waking and sleeping for profound rest and stress relief, this will involve breath work, body scans and intention setting with Nidra.These supportive poses will be using blocks and bolsters which can be available for rent upon registration.
