Yin & Juice is to prepare you for the holiday season that will be fast approaching.
Grounding yourself, balancing your nervous system, and building your confidence to conquer any spiritual hiccups before the holidays. Providing breathwork and trauma release spiraling.
Each session will build upon the next with intentional playlists, affirmations, and asanas.
What to expect:
Sessions begin with a meet and greet, and juice sampling
Guests enjoy a one-hour yin inspired session
Lastly, community gathering
Juice~9:30AM
Breakaway~ 9:45AM
Yoga~ 10:00AM
Gathering~ 11:00AM
Stay as long as you like
