�The evening will consist of a Yin Yoga session to target the tight, deeper connective tissues within our bodies followed by Yoga Nidra which is an ancient and tantric practice to consciously relax the mind,body and soul. Scientific research noted that a 30 minute yoga nidra practice can give the benefits of a two hour sleep and help us to transform us at subconscious and unconscious levels to bring more positivity to our lives. It is often referred to as ‘psychic sleep’
