Join Annie and Ruth Licensed Acupuncturist for two hours of immersion, blending Traditional Chinese Medicine, the practice of Yin Yoga while enjoying the vibrations of a sound bath.
Inspired by our deep connection to the universe, this workshop is designed to nourish the body from the inside out.
We will combine yoga postures with acupuncture needles to nourish our connective tissue and build Qi, through the integration of the meridians.
