Your Guide: Mondy Carter. Mondy (Mun-Dee) has been a practicing Buddhist for over 30 years and an improvisor for more than that. He is a Certified Mediation Coach. Mondy lives in Black Mountain with his wife Karen and a menagerie of furry family members. Together, they care for his parents who live with them.
