Join us for a monthly Show and Tell & STEM Science Activity, where learning meets fun! Hosted at the beautiful Palma Sola Boat Basin, weather permitting, we will enjoy outdoor activities, making the most of the sunshine. (Will be indoors if needed due to rain)We invite kids ages 5 and up to explore exciting Show and Tell presentations (yes, live creatures will be welcome, with advanced permission as long as they’re safely contained!), dive into hands-on science experiments, and let their imaginations soar!
Parents: This is a chance for your child to practice 2-5 minutes of public speaking and take questions and answers from the audience of their peers.
Stay and play: in addition to our science fun, kids can bring their bathing suits and towels to cool off in the pool or bounce around on our in-ground trampoline and bounce house.
Please note that the monthly cost will vary based on the supplies needed for our STEM activities. Parents are required to stay with their children throughout the event for safety and supervision.
Get ready for a day filled with discovery, fun, and adventure!
Upcoming STEM activity themes:
November 20: Pumpkin catapult $5 per student
December 18: Candy Canes $5 per student

• Use full sentences: Students should speak using full sentences, not just a list of adjectives.
• Look at the audience: Students should keep their head up and look at the audience as much as possible.
• Use a loud voice: Students should use a loud and clear voice.
• Practice answering questions: Students can practice answering questions like "How does it work?" or "Why is it special to you?"
• Keep presentations short: Presentations should last between 2-5 minutes.
