The YellowHouse Blues Band presents the “First Ladies of the Blues”, paying tribute to the pioneering female singers who’ve helped shape the Blues from the 1920’s to today! This set includes timeless songs like Bessie Smith’s 1929 recording of “Nobody Knows You When You’re Down and Out”, Memphis Minnie’s 1929 recording of “When the Levee Breaks” - famously covered by Led Zeppelin in 1971, Aretha Franklin’s 1968 “Ain’t No Way”, to songs by contemporary artists like Susan Tedeschi, Larkin Poe and Joanne Shaw Taylor!
The YellowHouse Blues Band is a 9-piece, high energy blues & blues rock band with horns and multiple vocalists, known for putting their own take on popular songs and making them their own. Coming from the Seacoast of NH and ME, they have performed sold-out shows all over New England and are excited for their debut performance at The Fallout Shelter!

WHISKEY SAINTS
Whiskey Saints first appeared on the Fallout Shelter radar during our "Listen Local" series in June 2023 and we've been searching for the perfect opportunity to bring this talented group back to our stage. Led by award-winning lead singer, Cidalia America, Whiskey Saints is a 6-piece US-based band out of the Boston area. Their intersecting styles of gritty blues and rock consistently bring audiences to their feet. They've opened for several semi-national acts, headlined numerous special events at Gillette Stadium’s Patriot Place outdoor stage, and have been a featured act at several larger festivals and concert series. The band is rounded out by a pair of guitar aces, Kevin Curran and Chrissy Azzinaro, bassist David Liolios, drummer Greg Michalowski, Mike Fradkin on keys and Johnny Souza on trumpet.
The Fallout Shelter is an all ages performance venue welcoming worldwide, world class music in an intimate setting. Our studio audience attends to watch the creation and production of the music television series The Extended Play Sessions. The Fallout Shelter events are immersive experiences for both audience and performers alike...a live music experience like no other. We are fully ADA compliant and have wheelchair access. We have a wide selection of beer and wine for your adult beverage pleasures and each show comes with a free commemorative event poster. Our doors open at 6PM. Seating is General Admission. We recommend you arrive at the time the doors open.
