75 min Year's End Restorative Yoga + Meditation offering will bring deep relaxation for the body and calmness for the mind. Everyone is welcome at all levels, including beginners.
In this practice, the yoga poses are held for longer periods of time using props of all kinds to give you complete relaxed support so you can fully experience each one comfortably. While in each posture you will be guided through pranayama (breathing exercises) and guided meditation focused on reflecting upon the past year to allow us all to enter 2025 with a fresh start. We will also pamper you throughout class with heated herbal compresses placed on the body to encourage physical restoration. The slower pace of this class will bring awareness to your well-being - physically, mentally and emotionally. This practice is great to balance an active lifestyle, relieve stress or to simply give yourself a break to decompress and heal.
Feel free to join us before or after class for light snacks and refreshments as we mingle with our yoga kula community! All attendees will receive a take away dessert treat!
Please wear comfortable stretchy layered clothes and bring a Yoga mat, water, towel & any props needed for comfort (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
