Year of the Snake: New Moon Rituals & Sound Bath

The workshop opens with breathwork and a guided meditation to set intentions for the month to come. You will then be guided through a restorative, yoga-nidra practice led by Chelsea Scherer, while Hylong bathes you in a sound healing concert of gongs, crystal bowls, ocean drums, and healing instruments galore.

This is an hour and a half to give back to yourself and release anything that no longer serves. Stay after and mingle with our community over healthy snacks and refreshments.

You are welcome to bring your journal to write down your intentions and any musings you may have during our moon circle.
