Come and find out about the transition process for your child going to Secondary school.

Do you have a child who will be in year 5 from September 2026 who is on the graduated pathway/ has an EHCP?

This session with cover transition to secondary school – for both children who are on SEN support and for those with EHC Plans.

- What to look for when selecting a school,

- Questions to ask on an open evening

- Home to school transport as some parents might make a different selection based on whether or not transport is likely to be provided.

There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
