YAYAS is a one-day immersive gathering created for women who are longing for meaningful connection - with themselves, with other women, and with their inner wisdom.

This is an intentional space to slow down, soften the armor, and return to what is ancient and true, sitting in circle, moving the body gently, breathing together, and being held in presence rather than performance.

Throughout the day, you'll be guided by experienced facilitators who lead from lived experience, not theory - offering practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied healing

YAYAS is not about fixing yourself.

It's about remembering who you are.

This is not a conference.
It’s not a networking event.

Throughout the day we will experience:

An opening panel conversation to meet our facilitators in an intimate, heart-led way
• Guided transformational experiences led by each woman through her own medicine — including past-life exploration, intuitive mediumship, empowerment work, and embodied practices

• Gentle yoga and embodied movement

• Meditation and sound healing
• Reiki and Healing rituals with intention
