This trail offers stunning views of Lake Pleasant. Wild burros might be spotted on the trail along with many beautiful saguaros. In some areas trail may be narrow and rocky, but overall a moderate level hike.

Parking 🚗: To get to the parking and trailhead to AZ74 Carefree Highway and head north on Castle Hot Springs Road. Keep going past the main entrance station into the park. Park in the Cottonwood Day use area. Location pin will be dropped in chats once in parking lot.
