Yauar Warai Wandi - Sing Dance Gather celebrates the living relationships between flora, fauna and Country. This vibrant gathering honours First Nations strength, spirit and storytelling, bringing community together through both contemporary and traditional creative expression.
The event pays tribute to Gubbi Gubbi knowledge and its deep connections to neighbouring Jinibara, Quandamooka and Butchulla Country, sharing stories of land, waters, seasonal change and the beings – plant, animal and ancestral – who shape them.
