Each month, Yasim is offering a 3 hour intensive deep dive into the roots, foundations, and future of Cuban movement, guided by internationally renowned dancer and choreographer Yasim Coronado Veranes.
These workshops explore the full spectrum of Cuban dance styles, including:
🌀 Timba – musicality, energy, social connection
🔥 Rumba – grounded movement, storytelling, rhythm
🌍 Afro-Cuban – traditional forms, spiritual origins, cultural history
Each session includes:
• Foundation + technique across styles
• Choreographic development
• Deep cultural and theoretical exploration
• Individual feedback in a supportive, high-level environment
