Yardsaleapalooza is BACK in downtown Jackson for Yardsaleapalooza : Spring Edition 2026! Join us in the ENORMOUS parking lot of the Commonwealth Commerce Center (209 E Washington Avenue, Jackson, MI) from 10am - 3pm for Jackson's LARGEST collection of yard sales!!!What is Yardsaleapalooza?
Well, think of it as a magician magically being able to transport 140 individual yard sales into ONE HUGE spot! With gas being almost $4 a gallon, you'll be thankful you don't have to do all kinds of driving because this is the LARGEST COLLECTION OF YARD SALES in Mid-Michigan, all assembled for you to buy things at crazy deal prices!
What can I find at this event?
The better question is - what CAN'T you find? Just like a regular yard sale, you never know what you can find - books, jewelry, antiques, tools, baby stuff, board games, toys, collectibles, records, stuffed animals, furniture, dishes, trinkets, this, that, and what have yous! There's no limit to what you CAN find. And every Palooza is different!!
When and Where is this?
It's at the Commonwealth Commerce Center (209 E Washington Avenue, Jackson, MI) from 10am - 3pm! NO EARLY BIRDS. If you show up early and are busted shopping before 10am you will be asked to leave. There are vehicles in the area until 9:45 and we need to maintain a safe shopping environment for everyone.
How much does it cost to attend?
When was the last time YOU PAID to go to a YARD SALE??? Never? Yeah, that's right - because ONLY AMATEUR OPERATIONS CHARGE YOU TO GO TO YARD SALES - - - Yardsaleapalooza has always, and WILL always be FREE of charge for you to come to. Also - parking is free! So bring your money to shop with the vendors, people!
How much does a booth cost and where do I get one?
Booths are only $40 and they include a MASSIVE 20 ft x 20 ft setup area AND an additional 20 ft x 10 ft parking space for you to park next to your booth! Booths will go on sale to the public on MONDAY March 16th at 8:00 AM!
I'm a crafter or a non-yard sale vendor, can I still get a booth?
You can, but those spaces are LIMITED. 20% (max) of our booths are reserved for crafters and company vendors like Scentsy - that is all - - why? Because this show IS CALLED YARDSALEAPALOOZA - not Craftapalooza or Vendorpalooza - - we do have other shows where those things are much more prevalent, but THIS is the original, OG - yard sale show!
