Yaoi/Yuri Day

August 1st is National Girlfriend Day and International Yaoi Day (because 8-0-1 can be pronounced as ya-o-i in Japanese)!

Festivities will be going on all day, including:

• Yaoi vs Yuri competition: All book purchases of yaoi and yuri manga and light novels will be tallied at the end of the day. Whichever one wins will get 5 more titles stocked in store from our yaoi/yuri title suggestion box!
• Drink specials: "Green Yuri" and "Yaoi on Ice" drinks
• DIY buttons and magnets: All yaoi/yuri book purchases will include one 2.25 inch magnet, and all drink special purchases will include one 1.25 inch button. Pick from one of our premade templates or make your own!
• Cosplay is welcome and encouraged!

This event is free to attend. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and masks are required and provided. Please reach out with any accessibility needs.
