About this Event
Katie will be sharing how they went from being a 1-vehicle operation to 13 trucks in less than 5 years. Topics will include Marketing, Customer Relationships, Call Center Scripts, In-Home Sales Processes, Employee Recruiting/Retention, and more! (CEUs To Be Determined)
Day #1: Morning refreshments and lunch will be served.
Day #2: Morning Refreshments will be served, then lunch is on our own.
Day #2 Afternoon-Evening: Our Winter Membership meeting will take place from 1-4:30ish, and then the Annual Holiday Party Gift Swap 6-10 PM. (Meal tickets needed.)
