YANG YIN – The Perfect Blend of Energy and Ease
A Yoga Club favourite, this class was born from the requests of our regulars – and it continues to be a crowd-pleaser. YANG YIN offers the best of both worlds: uplifting movement and deep stillness. We begin with grounding breath and intention, then flow into a dynamic “Yang” sequence — think sun salutations, energising poses, and breath-led movement to build heat and vitality. Midway through, we slow it all right down, shifting into the soothing realm of “Yin” — longer-held, passive stretches that support flexibility, joint health, and inner calm. This class is ideal for those wanting both strength and surrender, activity and introspection. Walk out feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply centred.
