Create 3D magnets with artist, Stephanie Maurer, using discarded book pages, photos and other visual treasures. Learn basic collage techniques and leave with a supply list so you can set up your own portable small art studio! DAY OF THE ARTS
Join us March 14th from 9-1 pm for our first annual Day of the Arts.
Day of the Arts is a new, community-centered event designed to celebrate and uplift local creativity through hands-on participation, artistic exploration, and intergenerational connection held in Algoma, Wisconsin, in conjunction with the Fifth Annual Youth Art Month Exhibit.
This free, four-hour event will offer a series of make-and-take, hands on art experiences led by local artists and open to individuals of all ages. Participants will explore various mediums—including painting, drawing, sculpture, and fiber arts—at venues throughout downtown Algoma.
