Ngoh Hiang Roll, （五香卷)is an uniquely Hokkien and Teochew dish.
The word Ngoh Hiang derives from the word 五香 which means five-spice powder, a spice that gives a unique twist to this dish and enhance its flavor. Compulsory
dishes for these 2 dialect groups in special occasions.
