Join us for a fun afternoon of movement, connection, and community at The Love You Club Venue! This nostalgic experience is designed for women who want to move their bodies, feel confident, have fun and connect with likeminded women.

Registration: 12:40pm-1pm

Workout will begin at : 1pm

We will begin with a 45-minute glute and abs focused workout to sculpt, strengthen, and leave you feeling energized and empowered no matter your fitness level. After class, stay and enjoy access to local women-owned vendors, food vendors, and intentional connection!
