Y12SR combines the practical tools of the 12-step program with the ancient wisdom of yoga. Combining these two creates a model that truly address addiction as the physical, mental & spiritual disease that it is. This class includes a 12-step based discussion and yoga practice that is open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictive behavior or affected by the addictive behaviors of others. This is an open and inclusive group.
All A's are welcome.
No yoga experience is necessary.
Donation based class: Yoga can use your class plan as a donation or bring a donation with you.
NO ONE will be turned away if you can not provide a donation!
