Join us for a free outdoor wellness experience designed to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and others. This class is in partnership with the Reidsville Downtown Corporation.
Surrounded by nature and community, these calming classes focus on gentle movement, flexibility, stress relief, and overall well-being. Whether you are new to wellness classes or experienced in your practice, all fitness levels and abilities are welcome.
Take a deep breath, find your flow, and enjoy the opportunity to meet new people in a welcoming and uplifting environment. No registration is required, but participants must complete a waiver before joining. Bring a mat, water, and an open mind. All classes are free and open to the public.
