Xundays Matcha Discovery Workshop at Sabi Sounds

Come join us for a fun, educational, interactive and intimate workshop where we explore matcha - beyond just a latte in this 1 hour workshop, hosted by Sunny from Xundays Matcha in the soulful space of Sabi Sounds Hawthorn, you'll get to:

• Learn about matcha, its historical significance, cultivars and difference across regions and grading systems

• Taste different premium matcha with sweet pairings, both prepared traditionally and as a latte.

• Experience a traditional demonstration of whisking your matcha with techniques learnt from a tea master in Japan.

• Participate in a hands-on experience and guided lesson on preparing and whisking your matcha

• Participate in a matcha mixology: prepare your matcha using a selection of syrups, bases and cold foams, experimenting different flavour combinations to see what you enjoy the most.

• Experience teas unique to Japan beyond just matcha.
