Xtreme Queen has ONE VISION (pun intended!) Their goal is to replicate the original Queen band in its entirety. Unlike other tribute bands, XQ reproduces as close to the original album versions of every Queen song, as audiences remember hearing on their original vinyl records over 40 years ago!
This combined with authentic costumes, synchronized videos of Freddie Mercury, and the bands RENOWNED LIVE AID 1985 Recreation, this is more than a band... it is a theatrical tribute "X"perience!
A high-energy Queen cover band based in New York, this group of seasoned, multi-talented musicians is the closest experience to a real Queen show since the passing of Freddie Mercury. Thrilling the audience with electrifying guitar solos, addictive riffs, and legendary lyrics, the music of Queen has mesmerized fans for decades.
Lead guitarist Sal L. has been shredding, composing, and educating for over three decades. He is a classically trained guitarist, that has opened for national acts such as ZZ Top and Jeff Beck. Bassist, James L. has studied with bass players for headline names such as Paul Simon, Cyndi Lauper and Herby Hancock. Dave W. as Roger Taylor, has opened for well known acts such as White Lion, Skidrow, Obsession and EZO.
Xtreme Queen’s front-man, S Thomas, as Freddie Mercury, has been a professional Tribute Artist for over 10 years. He has been featured on Good Morning America, VH1, MTV and several other prime time networks. His showmanship authentically replicates all the signature moves, charisma, impression and energy of Freddie Mercury himself.
